The Sands Studio is perfect for couples and families up to 3 people for strictly Vegetarian Self-Catering.

Our Sandy Bay holiday appartment offers a great place for larger families and groups of up to 4 (plus optional sofa bed) on a standard Self-Catering basis.

The Sands Studio with its view of the sea stands in the garden of an Edwardian seaside home, situated opposite a short 100 yard footpath straight onto the beach. The room is en-suite, with wifi, 100% cotton linen and towels, kingsize bed, chair bed and a cot or air-bed, television, dvd player, and kitchenette.

Self-Catering Holiday Appartment by Beach Footpath
Sandy Bay (named after my favourite holiday destination as a child) with french doors to a sunny deck to sit out on at the back and to a balcony at the front is a two bedroom ground floor flat opposite a path down onto the sandy beach which has a couple of nice beach cafes. It has dedicated parking on site.

There are endless places to visit and explore within a few miles of Swanage. We have picked a handful of ideas on this page, but a little local research will provide you with plenty to keep yourselves busy!

Much of the local area is managed by the National Trust, including Corfe Castle, the Studland beaches, Brownsea Island and Kingston Lacey. If you have a membership, this area is a great place to make the most of it.
